The Ticket Factory issues tickets on behalf of Promoters and Organisers.
All tickets are subject to availability.
Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Please take special care of standing tickets as duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Every member of the audience must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder may be refused admission.
Tickets are sold for private use and we monitor their sale and resale. If we have reason to believe that tickets are being resold we may invalidate them and refuse entry to the event.
We may restrict the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person ("Allocation"). We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of the Allocation.
Tickets will be sent to you by post unless we inform you otherwise.
The Promoter or Organiser is responsible for all aspects of the event; requests for refunds should always be referred to the Promoter or Organiser.
We suggest you check event details, timings and car park charges prior to travelling as these may be subject to change.
Any complaints relating to any aspect of an event should be made to the Duty Manager at the Venue promptly, prior to or during the event.
Audiences may be filmed, photographed or recorded for broadcast, security and health and safety purposes.
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that third party.
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice.
We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site.
We will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased. This liability section only applies to the extent permitted by law.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us.
These terms contain the entire agreement between you and The Ticket Factory relating to your purchase. The invalidity or enforceability of any term shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other terms.
Where there are any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions ("Internet Terms") and those set out on the reverse of the ticket ("Ticket Terms") the Internet Terms will prevail.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us. Confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail, does not guarantee the ticket sale. Credit card sales will be encrypted.
Please note that Vouchers purchased by telephone,or post are subject to a Registered Post fee.
Please take care of your vouchers, as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The Ticket Factory reserves the right to refuse to accept incomplete, damaged or altered vouchers. Photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
The Ticket Factory acts as an Agent on behalf of show Promoters and accepts vouchers as payment for tickets on sale in advance. Some Promoters may choose not to sell their tickets in advance and/or on the day through The Ticket Factory and therefore, vouchers cannot always be used. All tickets are subject to availability. Vouchers may be redeemed by post from The Ticket Factory, PO Box 3348, Birmingham, B40 1NS or in person at any of The NEC Group venue box offices.
Vouchers may be used in whole or part payment for tickets to the value indicated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash or be applied to the payment of tickets already supplied.
Change will be given in vouchers. Change below £1 will be given as cash.
The Ticket Factory reserves the right to restrict the use of vouchers in the event of exceptional circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The NEC Group reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances e.g. where it is considered a ticket holder's behaviour may affect other patrons' enjoyment of the event and on occasion security searches may be conducted to ensure the safety of visitors.
In accordance with legislation from 1st July 2007, it is an offence to smoke anywhere within NEC Group Venues.
Recording equipment, mobile phones, photographic equipment and laser pens are not permitted in The NEC Arena or The NIA.
You may only consume food and drink purchased on the premises. Cans or glass containers are not allowed in LG Arena or The NIA.
Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Guide Dogs.
Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises.
Official merchandise is only available inside the premises.
The following conditions apply when purchasing a car parking ticket:
Car parking tickets may only be purchased in advance from The Ticket Factory with NEC Group venues event tickets in a single transaction.
The car parking ticket is to be given up on exit from the car park.
The car parking ticket is only valid on the date displayed on the car parking ticket.
Cars are parked at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused or sustained to, by or in respect of any cars or their contents.
The NEC Group reserve the right to search the interior, exterior or contents of your car in reasonable circumstances e.g. where there may be a security risk.
The NEC Group reserve the right to move your car in reasonable circumstances e.g. when causing an obstruction or posing a security or safety risk.
Please ensure that your car is locked and valuables are not left inside.
